With a strong background in athletics Jacob played football thru college and is an aspiring college football coach currently working with the football program at Castleton University in addition to the Track & Field Team. With a degree in Exercise Science Jacob is a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects of fitness, conditioning and overall well-being in the general fitness setting in addition to the athletic setting easily translating the similarities of training in both types of areas. No matter what, he is passionate about pushing individuals outside of their comfort zones to help them improve and live a healthier life and reach their goals.
Jacob has struggled with 3 torn ACL’s throughout his football career and knows the importance of including injury prevention strategies in a fitness routine in addition to focusing on overall physical development to help clients improve and strengthen their bodies to make daily living easier and more enjoyable. Jacob believes that at Body Essentials the variety of coaches is a huge benefit to all of our clients because we each apply our strengths to serving each client with 110% effort and being that clients may work with multiple coaches, nothing gets missed. Every aspect of the mind and body is being worked thru a variety of coaches and workouts.
In his minimal free time, Jacob watches sports, works out on his own and spends time with his girlfriend Meg.
